We’re Seeking a Secretary

The Anne Arundel Genealogical Society is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our Board of Directors as Secretary. Our Secretary supports the heart of our society's operations, ensuring smooth communication, meticulous record-keeping, and effective management. If you have a flair for organization and a passion for genealogy, we'd love to hear from you!

What Will You Do?

• Manage Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and efficient information flow.
• Meeting Coordination: Help prepare agendas, schedule meetings, and take detailed minutes during our gatherings.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of society activities, and other essential documents as required.
• Lead the Society: Serve as an integral part of the AAGS Board of Directors, contributing to the Board’s decision-making and planning activities.
